Both Phases of this project were performed during the summer breaks at the University of Florida using accelerated schedules to maximize the amount of work performed in a short time period.  Projects consisted of a full renovation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and all finishes.  Working on an accelerated schedule, a contractor depends heavily on their subcontractors more than a typical project.  Thankfully, all our subcontractors and vendors were tried and true and came through to help make these projects successful.
