A full-scale renovation of a 3000 square foot suite in a designated historic building on the University of Florida main campus.  The project consisted of full demolition of existing, asbestos abatement, replacement of all MEP & FP systems, as well as all finishes.  Being a fully occupied facility during the course of construction, we worked around the needs of our clients. The demolition and abatement were performed utilizing nights, weekends, and holidays so as not to disrupt daily operations.  This space was modernized with energy efficiency components as well as modern flexible work areas.
