Moore’s Metal Works New Fab Shop

Moore’s Metal Works has been serving the greater North Central Florida area since 2007.  In efforts to expand their reach and capabilities, we constructed a 6,000 square foot PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) to house machinery intended to assist their ductwork division. We began to assist this client during the civil design process, in conjunction with the architectural and MEP design. Project challenges included rural area development and a period of unprecedented rainfall, but our teams worked relentlessly to get the PEMB erected and sealed to avoid any unnecessary delay. The interior of the PEMB consists of a breakroom, bathrooms, and a janitorial closet. On the exterior, the site work crew created a new SMF (stormwater Management Facility), well, septic, drain field, and a new asphalt drive leading from US 301 to the new building. Working with the MMW team was an absolute pleasure and we love seeing other industry professionals grow and flourish in our community and the construction industry!
