Benefits of working with Decker Construction

The family-like atmosphere and the satisfaction of improving our community are just a couple of the many intangible benefits of working with Decker Construction. That said, one of the tangible benefits of working with us is paid time off (PTO). After an initial probationary period, Decker Construction offers one week of paid time off. After the one-year anniversary of employment, that increases to two weeks. We also allow the ability to “rollover” a week of PTO from the following year.

We offer around ten paid holidays a year. Furthermore, we offer enrollment in our company health insurance plan or provide a monthly stipend for healthcare. In addition to this, we offer enrollment in our company retirement plan and additional benefits per specific job duties.
